Hella Foods, originally known as Hella Herbivore, began as a small pop-up concept in Denver focused on sharing the bold, nostalgic flavors of Southeast Asia through handcrafted condiments. What started as a passion project evolved into a growing brand with a loyal following, thanks to its commitment to flavor, quality, and authenticity.
Founder Kris Cariño set out to create products that elevate everyday meals — sauces and crisps that bring depth, heat, and texture in every spoonful. The company quickly became known for three signature offerings:
